Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons: non-compliance with Italian Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004:
- C.9.1.1.1 – Some non-text content presented to the user does not have a text alternative that serves the same purpose.
- C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, the information, structure or relationships conveyed through page presentation cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available via text).
- C.9.1.4.1 – In some cases colour alone has been used to convey meaning or distinguish information or functionality.
- C.9.1.4.3 – The visual presentation of text and images containing text does not always meet the minimum contrast ratio required, except as permitted by the regulations (e.g. logotypes).
- C.9.1.4.4 – Some text, excluding captions and images containing text, cannot be resized up to 200 percent without assistive technology and without loss of content or functionality.
- C.9.1.4.5 – In some cases text images were used instead of plain text and are neither customisable nor essential to the type of information conveyed.
- C.9.1.4.10 – Content not requiring two-dimensional layout (such as data tables or maps) does not reflow when the user agent’s display size is changed.
- C.9.1.4.11 – For some essential components, including in different states, the colour contrast with adjacent elements does not exceed the 3:1 contrast ratio.
- C.9.2.2.2 – Some animations, flashing elements, scrolling or auto-updating information triggered automatically and lasting more than five seconds or shown alongside other content cannot be paused or hidden.
- C.9.2.4.1 – No mechanism is available to skip blocks of content repeated on multiple web pages.
- C.9.2.4.2 – Some web pages do not have titles that describe their topic or purpose.
- C.9.2.4.3 – On some web pages that can be navigated sequentially and where the navigation sequence affects meaning and operation, some elements that can receive focus do not do so in an order that preserves their meaning and functionality.
- C.9.2.4.4 – The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text alone or from the link text together with adjacent content.
- C.9.2.4.7 – Focus indicators are not visible on some interactive elements.
- C.9.3.2.4 – Some components with the same functionality across a set of web pages are not consistently identified.
- C.9.4.1.2 – In some cases, user interface components (including form elements, links, and script-generated components) do not have correct or set names, roles, states, properties and values, or the user and assistive technologies are not notified when these change.

This declaration was prepared on 21/03/2025. The evaluation was carried out by third parties through objective and subjective analysis (see Article 3, paragraph 1, of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523). The declaration was last reviewed on 21/03/2025, in accordance with the recommendation to periodically (at least annually) review the accuracy of the statements contained in this accessibility declaration.
